Show notes:
Most photos were taken by Kristi. Yes, she does rock. No, Rob played his “get-out-of-jail” card. Yes, the head lice were successfully fended off with lots of Tea Tree Oil. No, that was a bee sting. Yes, Calamity Jane, a.k.a. Kristi, was on crutches. And antibiotics again. Lucy was 8 1/2 months. The puppy, Stella, was *brand new*, the weather was Gorgeous, and this WILL be the last year of cute kids with no clothes on (in pictures anyways). And YES Camp July is on for 2011, San Francisco!!!

A Girl and Her Doll in Paris

05 May 2011

It’s a chick flick for you. A slideshow! I just love it!

Click on the photo – you’ll be taken to the photographer’s site:

In case you want the doll, or one like it anyways, prepare to dig deep into your wallet… The doll maker (Artist?) is Jess Brown. Read a nice article about her.

(When Lucy gets this age, I’m so doing this.)

New Year’s Day Parade – 2011! A Slideshow

12 Jan 2011

It Rained. This was our 4th annual parade, and the first time we had rain. Lucky for us it wasn’t too heavy.

We rushed the queue because we could see the weather changing. As I blew the start whistle, we felt some drips. By the time the front runners were at the end of the block and turning around, we had bona fide rain. Everyone parked their vehicles and came inside the garage. Time for hot coffee and beignets. Soon, someone shouted, “Its not raining anymore!” and they were off for more parading in the street.

Enjoy the show – It’s about 2 and a half minutes.
Thanks to Everyone who came out! Happy 2011!

Slideshow of Pics from New Orleans

31 Dec 2010

Back in November, Mark & I took a wonderful trip to New Orleans with our friends. The core of the group have been friends since high school, and this year that group turned 40! Getting the group together in such numbers is unprecedented (outside of the San Francisco city limits). Alex we missed you! We thank all the family members who watched all the kids at home to make this grown up trip possible! And, a special thank you to Dave, who did an amazing job of sharing his other favorite city with us!
