Christmas Cookies From Nettie & Boppie

We are so indescribably happy to receive such a sweet gift from Kiera’s parents.
The kids and I literally squeal with delight!
I wish I could convey how fresh and delicious these are.
I guess you’ll just have to use your imagination :)
Ausstecherle Cookies With Omi
23 Dec 2012Omi and the kids baked cookies last week. There are a tradition in Mark’s family, so it’s fun to see the cookies year to year.
I think the fun of these simple cookies is in the process.
And as if this weren’t enough, the kids brought me cookies for my morning coffee!
(They have a notch that allows them to hook onto the mug.)

23 Dec 2012Oscar tried really hard last week, amidst many other distractions, and learned this song in time for Christmas.
He surprised his teacher by learning all the left hand notes.
We’re all very proud of him.
Hooray for Christmas music!
(His first lesson was April 20th)
